SHIPPING

We can send your order anywhere within the United Kingdom and to most other parts of the world. All our items are Warehouse packed for safe delivery. We ship all products via Royal Mail unless otherwise directed. This usually takes between 1 to 5 working days depending on the delivery service in the destination area.

We normally ship our products within the same business day unless requested otherwise, or the order was received after our same day despatch cut of times. If we are unable to dispatch your order within the same day of receiving full payment, your items will be dispatched the very next working day.

Please check your delivery address carefully as we will not be responsible for delivery to an incorrect address. The customer shall be responsible for the cost to resend a parcel that is returned because of an incorrect address.

Same Day Despatch Order Cut Off Times

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday - 2pm
Wednesday - 6pm
Saturday - 1pm. (Orders after the cut off time will despatch on Monday).
Sunday - We do not despatch on Sundays any orders received will despatch on Monday.
Bank / Public holidays - We do not despatch on Public holidays, any orders received will despatch the very next working day.

Orders received and paid for after the above cut off times will despatch the very next working day.

UK Deliveries - Via Royal Mail.

Royal Mail 1st Class & 1st Class Recorded, normally 1 - 3 working days but not guaranteed.
Royal Mail 2nd Class & Standard Parcels, normally 3 - 5 working days but not guaranteed.

Europe & Ireland Deliveries - Via Royal Mail.

Royal Mail 1st Class Airmail & International Signed for, normally 2 - 5 working days, but not guaranteed.

Canada, USA & Deliveries to the rest of the World - Via Royal Mail.

Royal Mail 1st Class Airmail & International Signed for, normally 3 - 10 working days, but not guaranteed.

ONCE YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED YOU ARE NOT ABLE TO CANCEL YOUR ORDER, YOU MUST GO THROUGH THE RETURN PROCEDURE.



RETURNS POLICY

In the unlikely event of goods requiring to be returned we have established a returns procedure which has been designed to cause you minimum inconvenience.

If an order has been dispatched by courier and is not received or if an item is received and it is either damaged or faulty, a return claim MUST be filed with Recycle Me Free within 3 days from date of receipt of goods.

The following options will then be made available:

1. Replacement: If possible, a replacement will be sent, subject to availability.

2. Credit: If no replacement is available, a credit will be offered to the full amount of the purchase price.

3. Refund: If a refund is required, it will be provided according to the original payment (i.e. if payment was made on Visa, the visa will be credited. If the item was purchased using Paypal, the debited Paypal account shall be credited).

1.0 Suspected faulty Item

Email Technical Support on support@recyclemefree.co.uk. Items which are faulty must be returned within the warranty period (12 months standard warranty for most products).

If the item is diagnosed faulty by our technicians, we will do our best to provide a replacement within 3-5 working days providing the item is in stock at our warehouse.

2.0 Item missing or incorrect item sent

Should you receive goods that do not correspond with the description of the ordered goods then you should contact Customer Service Support by email at support@recyclemefree.co.uk within 3 days of receiving the order.

3.0 Signing for goods

All items must be checked on delivery before signing for the item when a recorded delivery method is used. If the item looks damaged, please refuse the delivery and contact our Customer Services department by email at support@recyclemefree.co.uk.

4.0 Damaged item

For mail order goods only. In the event that you receive a damaged item, contact Customer Service Support by email at support@recyclemefree.co.uk within 72 hours of receiving the order. A replacement will not be sent until the damaged item has been returned and inspected.

5.0 Unwanted Or Incompatible Goods

If you purchased the goods online and are a consumer (a private person buying for their personal use) then you may cancel your purchase at any time within 7 working days of receipt starting the day after delivery by informing Recycle Me Free in writing (email, fax or letter) and we will give you a refund of the price paid for the product, original shipping will not be refunded. It is a pre-condition to our acceptance of these unwanted goods that they are returned in an unused condition, complete and in a condition reflecting your statutory duty of care (at your own cost).

Recycle Me Free cannot accept the return of opened software under any circumstances.

In order to return the goods to us you must firstly obtain a Return Merchandise Authorisation number (RMA) from our Customer Services on support@recyclemefree.co.uk or Returns Department on 07940 226028. The return will be authorised once the RMA is issued and you should then return the goods at your own cost and risk. It is your responsibility to ensure that the items reach us safely and in a satisfactory condition. We recommend that you take out insurance cover and that the goods should be sent by recorded or registered post or with a reputable courier. We cannot accept any liability for goods that are damaged in transit and would recommend that you ensure that the goods are sufficiently packaged to prevent this from happening.

6.0 When returning Items

All returned items must be in original packaging. Recycle Me Free will not be liable for any damage to items that are not adequately packaged and damaged in transit to Recycle Me Free.

Please ensure that you enclose:

Your RMA number Details of why you are returning the item All packaging, CD's, manuals and cables

Please Note, if products purchased from Recycle Me Free are found returned with illegal software or are faulty due to accident, neglect or misuse you will not be able to return the item to us. We are responsible for reporting any illegal activities to the authorities. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Recycle Me Free can not be held liable for any loss of data stored on any product sent for testing. It is the customers responsibility to ensure that data is backed up where possible before returning the product.
